1. Purpose of the Review

The Tech Stack Review is a high-level consultation intended to provide strategic feedback on your current technology stack. It is designed to identify potential inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities based on the information you provide.

This is not a full technical audit, penetration test, compliance review, code review, or due diligence process.

2. Scope and Limitations

• The review is based solely on the data and context you choose to share with us.
• Yobi Code does not conduct any deep-dive technical analysis, code inspection, security testing, or system access as part of this review.
• All recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered binding advice or guarantees of performance.

3. Confidentiality

• All information shared during the review process will be treated as confidential by Yobi Code.
• Likewise, any materials or feedback we share with you should be treated as confidential unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. No Commercial Obligation

Participation in this review does not create any contractual relationship or obligation for either party to proceed with a paid engagement.

Yobi Code reserves the right to decline any review request at its sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Yobi Code makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any insights provided.
• Yobi Code will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages resulting from decisions made based on this review.

6. Availability and Eligibility

• The Tech Stack Review is available subject to capacity and may be limited to organisations that meet certain criteria.
• We reserve the right to pause, modify, or discontinue the offering at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
